They have become a leading practitioner of city centre regeneration and focus on just a few, exceptional schemes at any one time - including the eight million sq ft planned at King's Cross in London.
Miura were approached at a time when Argent needed to refresh their web design. They had just gone through a lengthy re-branding exercise which focused entirely on their offline representation. It was our job to re-interpret and enhance their core values online through powerful website design.

We started with the knowledge that we not only had to fit their new corporate design guidelines we had to communicate some impressive qualities. We had to communicate their commitment to ‘Building Pride’, ‘Long-term thinking’ and `Peripheral Vision’ so we needed to bring something very special to the table to make the most of the key elements of the business, their people, and the projects they were involved in.
We believed the core imagery of the graphic design should focus on their prestigious developments, and clean, open spaces viewed from thought-provoking angles. And we wanted to treat photographs of key employees with the same originality to capture their true personalities.
We also wished to bring a fresh approach to web design, pushing the boundaries through keen programming and a new way of presenting content. We created a function, activated through small red squares on each page, which allowed users to hide the text to get the full perspective of the imagery.
Another essential feature of the website design was the creation of the gallery area which highlights and showcases Argent’s latest and ongoing developments and allows users, employees and partners to keep in touch with the company, whenever and wherever they are.
