Speakers for Schools
Miura is currently assisting Robert Peston and Education and Employers Taskforce in the branding and design of a new charity, Speakers for Schools. This charity will be an online speaker bureau whose aim will be to increase the flow of inspirational speakers into disadvantaged schools.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The first stage in our work with Speakers for Schools was to design a brand and identity. The challenge was to make it applicable for a variety of audiences. The aim of Speakers for Schools is to attract schools, students and high profile speakers. Which such a varied audience it was essential to design a brand and identity that appealed to all.
THE SOLUTION
Our approach to the branding and identity for Speakers for Schools was to base it on the charity’s core values. The overall experience for everyone involved in Speakers for Schools, Teachers, Students and Speakers should be a positive, enjoyable and rewarding experience and the brand reflects this.
The identity is youthful, fun and approachable. It takes it’s inspiration from the multiple conversations and dialogues that will happen when a speaker visits a school.
Robert Peston and Education Employers Taskforce are delighted with the brand and identity and we continue to work with them in the design of a new website.
Speakers for Schools will officially launch 18-22 October.
