At Miura, we believe that the ‘Experience’ should be at the heart of everything we do and design. Whether it’s the texture of a brochure or the pace at which a user journey is planned for an online store, everything is about creating the right experience.

By using ‘Experience’ as our core driver throughout our design process we can create and produce unique designs which trigger the right thoughts, emotions and responses in our audience.

But, each and every project is different, so we have developed a four-stage process to help us get the most out of each brief:

Define
At this stage, the scope and objectives of the project are established and a written brief is developed.

Explore
We study the current situation in market place, the latest trends, and the competition and establish the brand’s own special niche

Form
We use the information we have gleaned to develop the ‘big’ idea and create the work which will communicate it most effectively.

Nurture
We assess the impact of the work against the targets which were set and use our findings to develop and improve the communications.

Our process has been developed as a progressive tool from project initiation to project completion. But, we believe our clients and our team can profit from taking a less linear approach.

What we learn in ‘Explore’ can lead us to redefine the brief. What we develop in ‘Form’ can make us ‘Explore’ new ideas in the market place. Cross pollination and hopping back and forth between stages, generates a higher level of creativity.

The success of any project relies on a close working relationship with our clients. So we encourage open and honest discussions from the start. We set targets with our clients, study the effectiveness of solutions, and revisit the targets once the project has been completed.

The end result is that Miura produces strategic design that is relevant, accessible, and delivers a real return on investment.
